Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Minor Subdivision of the property of Jay and RosaLinda Hoag located on Southwest Colony Road and County Route 7 in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Jessica Sachs & Susan A. Melnyk; Michael & Susan Melnyk; Thomas A. & Krista A. Taylor; Gloria Lyons; Robert & Magnolia Burns; Karen L & Ronald S. Pason; Thomas Murphy; John Meszaros; Richard J. & Mary A. Busch; Stanislaw Tolpa; Maureen McHugh; Phil Gellert; Danny R. Kallivrousis and William Borgolte, Deborah Imperato, Brenda Piper.
Said hearing will be held on the 5th day of March 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
