This RFP is issued by Town of Copake.    We are seeking proposals for a tilt deck trailer with the following requirements and conditions:

Between wheels tilt deck trailer. Deck must be 18’ or more with an additional 6’ stationary section

Minimum GVWR of 22,000 LBS

Payload capacity of at least 16,500 LBS

Electric never adjust brakes

Recharging breakaway system

Tandem axles with minimum of 215/75R17.5 18 ply radial tires

Deck with must be at least 82” between the fenders

Have a lockable toolbox with light

2 speed drop leg jack

2” pressure treated deck boards

At least 16 stake pockets and minimum of 6 D-rings

Coupler must be adjustable pintle ring

Spare tire mount

Submission of Proposal

Deadline for Proposals:  Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on October 6, 2025, at the following email address:  copakehighway@townofcopakeny.gov

We will not accept Quotes sent by post or delivered to our office.

Offer Validity Period: By submitting a Proposal, the Respondent agrees that their offer will remain open for 30 days from the Deadline for Proposals.
