This RFP is issued by the Town of Copake. We are seeking proposals for the replacement of seven exterior entrance doors at the Highway Garage. Located at 47 School Rd. Copake, NY 12516
With the following requirements and conditions:
All (7) doors must be filled with either urethane or polystyrene foam insulation
Approximate size of all (7) doors are 83” X 35 ¾”
At least (1) door will require new framing as the existing frame has significant rust
(3) Doors must have double-glazed safety glass
All doors must have weather stripping along the perimeter
Bidders to provide labor, materials, and equipment. All work shall be done to industry standards and comply with all Town of Copake and State building codes.
Bidders MUST carefully examine the site of the proposed work and be fully informed and satisfied as to the conditions there existing, the character and requirements of the proposed work. Bidder must verify all measurements.
The Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all local, State, and federal rules.
Prevailing Wages apply to this contract and any subcontracts hereunder.
Submission of Proposal
Deadline for Proposals: Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025, at the following email address: copakehighway@townofcopakeny.gov
We will not accept Quotes sent by post or delivered to our office.
Offer Validity Period: by submitting a Proposal, the Respondent agrees that their offer will remain open for 60 days from the Deadline for Proposals.
