This RFP is issued by the Town of Copake.   We are seeking proposals for the replacement of all interior light fixtures at the Town of Copake Park Building, located at 305 Mountain View Rd. Copake, NY 12516

The list below has the existing light fixtures and the required upgrades. Proposals must meet or exceed the listed wattages. All upgrades must have LED lamps.

(31) 4 Bulb fluorescent fixtures

To be replaced with (31) Lithonia Lighting LITH TRUW-48-ALO26-CMP-8SWW2-ZT-MVOLT fixtures

(7) 2 Bulb florescent fixtures

To be replaced with (7) Lithonia Lighting LITH TRUM 48 ALO6 CMP 8SWW2 ZT fixtures

(4) 4 Bulb fluorescent drop ceiling fixtures

               To be replaced with (4) NUVO 65-572R1 2X4 LED BACKLIT FLAT PANEL fixtures

Bidders to provide labor, materials and equipment. All work shall be done to industry standards and comply with all Town of Copake and State building codes.

Bidders MUST carefully examine the site of the proposed work and be fully informed and satisfied as to the conditions there existing, the character and requirements of the proposed work. 

The Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all local, State and federal rules.

Prevailing Wages apply to this contract and any subcontracts hereunder.

Submission of Proposal

Deadline for Proposals:  Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025 at the following email address:  copakehighway@townofcopakeny.gov

We will not accept Quotes sent by post or delivered to our office.

Offer Validity Period: by submitting a Proposal, the Respondent agrees that their offer will remain open for 60 days from the Deadline for Proposals.
