Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will be accepting sealed bids for Bank Run Gravel, Item # 4 Gravel, Screen Fill, Modified Item #4, Crusher Run Item # 4, #2 Drainage Stone, #3 Drainage Stone, #4 Drainage Stone, Tailings, Washed #1A Stone, Washed #1 Stone, Washed #2 Stone, Washed ¼” Gravel Stone, Washed Road Sand, Gabions, Unwashed Road Sand, #1B stone and Blacktop for 2026.

Bids will be accepted at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, New York 12516 until 11:00 am on the 9th day of February 2026. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder.

The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
