PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Meir Benudis at 372 Center Hill Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.3-4-13 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 2 of the Town Code, for a Special Use Permit for to construct an existing structure into a multi-unit building with 5 units. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24^th day of July 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
