PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Rebecca Duksa at 132 Lincoln Road, Taconic Shores, in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.3-3-57 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 2 of the Town Code, for right and rear side-yard set-back variances for a 12 ft. x 24 ft. prehab Garage. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24^th day of July 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
