PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Mohammad and Sarah Ibrahim/Harvest Hills at 1817 State Route 23 in the Town of Craryville, tax parcel 144.4-1-11 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 2 of the Town Code, for a Special Use Permit for Cannabis Dispensary. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24th day of July 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
