PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Meryl Winig at 141 Lakeshore Drive, Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.3-3-8 who is seeking relief from Section 232-16.8G for a Special Use Permit for an Enhances Short-Term Rental for more than 120 days. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24^th day of July 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
