PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Norwegian Woods LLC at Birch Hill in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 155.-1-64.6 who is seeking relief from Section 232-11D2 of the Town Code, for Development within 100 feet of water. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 28th day of August 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
