PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK, will be holding a public hearing on an application by Cadby-Shutts VFW Post 7552 at 137 County Route 7A in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 187.1-1-70, who is seeking relief from Section 232-11D2 development within 100 feet of water of the Town Code.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of September 2025, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
