PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by David Carpentier at 10 Mallet Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-2-11 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for front, left and rear yard variances for one story addition, convert existing bedroom to office and rebuild front stoop and new siding.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 18th day of December 2025, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM.
All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
