PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Thomas & Melissa Feighery at South West Colony Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 1654.14-2-2553; who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for front and side variance to square off house and relief from 232-11D Development within 100 feet of water.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 26th day of March 2026, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
