PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Pat Amiot at 1258 Lakeview Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-4-25 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 11D of the Town Code, for Development within 100 feet of water for a dock, shed, fencing and landscaping.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 26^th day of March 2026, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
