NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE 2026
PRELIMINARY BUDGET

Please Take Notice that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Copake for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, Copake, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.

Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Copake will meet and review the Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 6:45 pm on the 9th day of October 2025 at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the Preliminary Budget as complied or for or against any item herein contained.
