Notice of Public Hearing
Please Take Notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Boundary Line Adjustment of the property of John Reid Taylor, Trustee of Jayna 2005 located on 15 Four Wheel Drive, Craryville in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Alfred D. & Raymond J. Walsh; Michael J. & Susan E. Dietter; Kevin Michael & Geralyn A. Carl; Renee Blady; Edward Ellen & Gayle Morgan; Tessa Edick; Michael & Yoko Gilbert; Britta Vierecki-Prast; Cose & Vix Essex St., LLC
Said hearing will be held on the 3rd day of September 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
