Please take Notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Minor Subdivision of the property of Scott & Jacquelyn Decker located on 90 Railroad Lane, Stop 49 in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: William L Kuntz, II & Alice Beal; George Valentino, Jr; Jean Shin & Brian Ripel; Kechipetronilla M. Simon-Ebughu; Jack C Cozart & Courtney E Page; Mark H Maljanian & Nicole R Landaw; and KJT Capital LLC/Timothy J. Kilgallon.
Said hearing will be held on the 4th day of December 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
