Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTE. The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, New York, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Subdivision Regulations adopted by the Town Board on May 12, 1971 and pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application for a Boundary Line Adjustment of the property of Michael Shadic/Shadic Builders located on Pumpkin Hollow Road South and County Route 7 in the Town of Copake.
Said land is bordered now or was formerly bordered by the following Lands of: Center Hill Farms LLC, SFT New Lebanon LLC, Angela Concra, Ezra Link Jr., Drinda Post, Edwin & Lisa Bradway, Allen & Jane C. Weaver, Donald & Theresa Westlake, Lucas James Harrigan, Carmen Barbato Jr., Joseph Ryan, Amy Shadic, Camphill Village USA, Fran Sobel, Trustee, Paul Saputo, Michael & Eileen Cohen, Trustees.
Said hearing will be held on the 1st day of October 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, at 6:30 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
