PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Steve & Emelie Zias at 1178 Lakeview Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-3-50 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right, left and rear yard and water setback variances and for fence in rear of property and steps down to existing dock with fenced in garden.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 18thd day of Dec ember 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
