PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by LVR Properties/Anne Hubbard at 425 Lakeview Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.11-1-9. Said hearing is for relief from Section 232-210 of the Town Code for an amendment to their previously approved site plan and Section 232-22H of the Town Code for an amendment to the previously approved area variance for a rear yard set-back.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 18th day of December 2025 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
