PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a Public Hearing on an application by Gwyneth Pierson 121 Weed Mine Road in the Town of Copake, Tax Parcel #176.-1-73 who is seeking relief from Section 232-11 D (2), Development within 100 feet of Water for the construction of a 2-Story Residential Dwelling.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 28^th day of May 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
