PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Kelly Glover at 105 Lincoln Road in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.3-4-38 who is seeking relief from 232-11(a) for a 6 ft. Fence in Part of the front yard along Mountain View Road.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 27th day of August 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
