PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Laura Taddonio at 67 Island Drive in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-6-28 who is seeking relief from Town Code 232-11G for a Right-Side Yard Setback Variance and Town Code 232-8C(4) for a shed in front yard.
Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 19th day of November 2026, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
