PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Darcy Miro & Ross Tuttle at 371 Cambridge Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 156.-2-42 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right variance.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 20^th day of November 20, 2025 at the Copake Town Hall located at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
