PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Donna & Timothy Giambalvo at 86 Lake Shore Acres Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 155.18-1-32.200 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for front & left side setbacks and more than 20 percent coverage.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 20^th day of November 2025, at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
