PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by John Endsley at 1076 Lakeview Road in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-3-12 who is seeking relief from 232-11D (2) for Development within 100 feet of water for a 4 x 20 ft. dock that is replacing a dock that was removed by the previous owner. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of June 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
