PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by the Matthew Kavalier 2012 Trust at 11 Wang Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 155.18-1-4 who is seeking relief from 232-11D (2) for Development within 100 feet of water for a 16 x 48 ft. Dock with Stairs. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25^th day of June 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
