PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by John Barbato and Ryan Walsh at 11 Memory Lane in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.10-1-18 who is seeking relief from 232-11D (2) for Development within 100 feet of the water and relief from 232-11A for a 6 ft. wire deer fence on the front left side of his property. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of June 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
