PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Sally Clark and Steven Guarascio at 27 Island Drive in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-6-11 who is seeking relief from 232-11D (2) for Development within 100 feet of water to replace an existing dock with a 12 x 20 x 6 ft. T-shaped dock. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of June 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
