PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Neal Erman at 250 Island Drive in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.6-1-55 who is seeking relief from Section 232-Table 1 of the Town Code, for right and left side yard set-back variances for a 4 bedroom home with a 3-car garage. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23rd day of July 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
