PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Paul & Tammi Albers at 323 Mountain View Road in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.-1-88 who is seeking relief from §232 Table 1 for Front Yard Set-backs for 60 ft. from the property line for a pre-fab Modular Home. This is a corner lot with 2 front yards. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23rd day of July 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
