PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Darrell & Caterina Lindig at 108 Adams Road, Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.3-2-47 who is seeking relief from §232-8C(2) for an Open Front Porch extending the full length of the house that will extend 40 ft. from the front set-back where a 50 ft. set-back is required. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 23rd day of July 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
