PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by  Ronald Okuaki Lieber at 1103 Lakeview Road in Taconic Shores in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 176.1-1-65 who is seeking relief from 232-Table 1 Rear Setback variance for a rear deck.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24^th day of September 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
