PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS [ZBA] OF THE TOWN OF COPAKE, NEW YORK will be holding a public hearing on an application by Terence & Tamela Greene at 210 Island Drive at Copake Lake in the Town of Copake, tax parcel 165.6-1-59 who is seeking relief from 232-Tablel 1 Front Yard  variance in a 50 ft. setback, 232-11(1)– Development within 100 ft. of water & 232-Tablel 2 Site Plan required for an Accessory Dwelling Unit [ADU] and pool.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, the 24^th day of September 2026 at the Copake Town Hall at 230 Mountain View Road, Copake, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to speak at such hearing.
